The main reasons for false alarms are...
1. Stay calm. Enter your alarm code.
2. Make sure you answer the phone, it will be the alarm company checking on you. Give your pass word to the operator. The police will not be called as long as you give the right pass word.
3. DO NOT leave without talking to the alarm company!.
4. Make sure that any person you give access to your property understands how to use the alarm pad.

2. Make sure not to leave pets, banners, balloons or anything that may move in a room protected by a motion detector.
3. Know how long it takes your system to fully arm.
